Additional shipping fees will be added to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.  Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday utilizing fast, safe and reliable delivery services. Small items are shipped to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service.

 
TYPES OF SHIPPING

Items are divided into two categories for shipping: Small Parcel in most cases, deliveries will be made by UPS or FedEx.  Transit times typically range from 7 business day to 14 business days.  Please note, signatures are not required for delivery, and the decision to leave your package at your door will be left up to the delivery carrier. If you have any special delivery instructions, write a note with the delivery date and place it on your door. Include your name, request, and tracking number.

We offer “White Glove Shipping”.  Our White Glove delivery service includes a two (2) person delivery team who will remove your order from its truck, and brings your item(s) inside to your room of choice,* assembles it, and removes the packaging from your home. Please note that the delivery team will not perform services requiring the use of power tools.

 You will be contacted by the delivery company to schedule your delivery appointment. Delivery appointments allow for a 4-hour delivery window (ex. 1pm to 5pm). Deliveries are able to be scheduled during regular business hours from 7am – 7pm.

*** Beginning 3/17/20 until further notice all items requiring in home delivery will be limited to threshold or first dry area in lieu of in home white glove service. 

 

CANCELLATION

Here at Arlene’s Home Store, we pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our shop. Please note that customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.

RETURN POLICY

However: on Damaged or Defective Orders: Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if your order is delivered with concealed damaged. Please include a full detailed description of the damages or defects with pictures, emailed to info@ArlenesHomeStore.com. Once we have received this information, a replacement will be sent to you with 5 to 7 business days.
